Anna teaches guitar, bass, ukulele, voice and songwriting. Anna was voted Best Local Singer/Songwriter 2005/2006 in Creative Loafing Atlanta – they describe her songs as “performed with her pure southern voice and crisp guitar, with the ambiance of vintage country-folk recordings”. A fixture in the Atlanta community for over 15 years, Anna Kramer currently tours internationally as a solo artist, with her band, Anna Kramer and The Lost Cause, lead guitarist in Shantih Shantih (“A four woman sonic force in surf rock, bringing in reverb-washed guitar riffs to create a sweepingly hypnotic international sound…”), bass player in Nikki & The Phantom Callers, and guitarist and backup singer in The Rock*A*Teens. Her many noted performances include a recent duet with the band Weezer, as well as sharing the bill with a range of acts from icons, Ronnie Spector, Wanda Jackson and Country Legend Charlie Louvin, to Band of Horses, Fleet Foxes, Andrew Bird, Mudhoney and Tommy Ramone of The Ramones. As she showcases her diverse style around the world, she continues work on her third release.
