We teach fun music lessons in your home for guitar, bass, ukulele, voice, piano and songwriting! Our teaching area includes homes in Candler Park, Druid Hills, Morningside, Decatur and Oakhurst.

We enjoy teaching students from beginner to advanced level – some of our more advanced students have continued studying music in college.

Our teaching philosophy:
Learning music should be FUN! Students will have the most fun learning music when they can learn how to play / sing / perform all their favorite songs – and maybe even write and perform their own songs. We often teach brand new hit singles from the radio in addition to classical music and classic hit oldies. When students love the music, they are more inspired to practice! Our teachers are skilled at playing by ear, so we can quickly simplify most any song for beginners. We also teach classical music theory, ear-training and standard music notation using a variety of fun, creative methods and activities.

Our more advanced students have successfully auditioned and been accepted into Georgia State University’s School of Music, Georgia’s All-State Chorus and DeKalb School of The Arts. Our voice students have played leading roles in local musical productions of Beauty & The Beast Jr. (Belle) and Legally Blonde Jr. (Elle Woods), and two of our voice students were Top 10 finalists in “Decatur Idol” competition in 2018. We LOVE helping advanced students prepare for auditions and performances!

*Our monthly rate includes 4 weeks off for holidays and spring breaks in November, December, January and April. Our calendar aligns with local public school calendars. We have 38 lessons over 42 weeks August through May.
